I don’t use any other sky hub or BT hub for internet. The sky box I refer to is for TV my sky q box?

I don’t have my BT Hub plugged in, hence why BT can’t do a complete check in my home only the line.

Something is supplying the R8000 with an internet connection. 

What is the r8000 connected to thats acting as a gateway?
