Thank you for the information. I am very much a novice concerning routers. There is something different in the E1 Reolink cameras that easilly installed with IP addresses 10.0.0.x & the Reolink Argus PT/solar which only installs on router with 192.168.1.x. Possibly I must change something on 10.0.0.x router to permit it to install camera that wants 192.168.1.x?
I will keep attempting to learn..... again thanks

The LAN IP subnet cannot be the root cause of a failure to connect. Which method is being used to connect the camera:
- Reolink Client
- Reolink smartphone app
Where specifically does the setup process fail?
I would suggest doing a "Reset" on the camera by holding a paperclip in the tiny Reset hole until the camera indicates that it is ready to be configured.
