What firmware version are you on? The latest doesn't help
what modem/gateway is it connected to?
How many devices are connected?

Not sure about gateway----Thats important to check. A double nat can cause issues.
15 devices---should still be able to add devices.

I don't know how to check the gateway. The cable connects from the modem to the router.
I tried 3 wyze v3 cameras and all said the same thing can't connect to wifi.
I've tried to connect other cell phone to my wifi calling, says the same thing can't connect. No new device will connect.What modem is that? that's the key. It should have a label on it.
do you have ipv6 enabled?
Is the phone on 2.4ghz during setup of the camera's?
