I'd argue 60-80mbps over 2.4ghz is pretty reasonable. Its a slow network and sensitive to interference. My current home struggles with 2.4ghz because of interference from the surrounding houses. It wasn't until AX that I could get 100+mbps and that's not sustained.
what speeds do you get over 5ghz?
