Nighthawk RAX200 mit Fritzbox 7590
Moin liebe Commuity,
ich habe da mal eine Frage. Mich hat meine Fritzbox 7490 auf dem Dachboden genervt also habe ich diese gegen einen Netgear Nighthawk AX11000 eingetauscht. Nun habe ich das Problem, dass AVM einen Netgearrouter nicht in sein Mash akzeptiert. Also habe ich dem Netgearrouter einfach die selbe SSID verpasst und siehe da die Geräte verbinden sich ohne probleme mit der Fritzbox und auch mit dem Nighthawk. Ein Probplem bleibt aber. Mein Canon Drucker TR8550, den ich im Netzerk eingerichtet habe wird nicht mehr gefunden sobald ich mich unten befinde und damit am Wlan der Fritzbox verbunden. Hat jemand ein Tip für mich?
Meine Konfig zu hause:
Internet: Telekom
DSL Router: AVM FritzBox 7590
Lan direkt auf den Dachboden
Hier kommt dann direkt der Nighthawk und an diesen ist via Lan der Drucker angeschlossen.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.
