Nighthawk Remote Access With AT&T Arris NVG589 Modem

I will check when i get home today! also on the router i have it set for a static IP, should i have it set to obtain from isp?
It depends on the Passthrough mode setting. If it is set to either DHCP-Fixed or DHCP-Dynamic, then you should set the Nighthawk to obtain its IP address from the ISP. If it is set to Manual, then you should enter the modem's public IP address as the static IP address on the Nighthawk.
I use DHCP-Fixed. Should the modem's IP address change (a rare but not unheard of event), the Nighthawk will automatically pick it up after a few minutes.
I just got home. I went into my modem settings and made the dhcp range 192.X.X.X. and Rebooted. Then Went into my router and clicked get dynamically from isp. The Router Ip changed to 75.X.X.X. If i go to Modem Device list, it also lists this. I went to remote management under the router, and it lists this ip with the port number, but i still can't access my router from the cellular data on my phone. Alos under IP passthrough, its set to dhcp fixed, and i have my router's mac address in there.
I just reverted those settings because i do not believe they were correct. Router static is back at 192.168.1.200
Why do you believe the settings were not correct? 75.19.16.231 is a public IP address, so it looks like IP Passthrough was working.
I just tried enabling Remote Access on my R7000 and I was able to log in from my smartphone via LTE. Did you point your smartphone at https://75.19.16.231:8443?
Do you have any packet filters enabled on the NVG589?
