Nighthawk router won’t connect to Internet
The router is connected to a Netgear cable modem. It was activated by Xfinity. iPhones can see the router networks, but can’t dee the Web. Any tips on troubleshooting? Equipment: Netge...
power off the modem and the router and disconnect the coax from the modem. Make sure everything is disconnected from the router.
Leave it off for 2 minutes.
then connect the coax back to the modem and power it on.
Wait 2 minutes.
Connect the modem to the wan port on the router.
Power the router on. Give it 2 minutes.
Attempt setup on the router.
