nighthawk router

I just purchased a robot vacuum and it comes ith an app. The vacuum will only work with 2.4 and my router is set for 5.0 I don;t know how to configure the router-  WIFI on my phone only shows netge...

       There's a pretty effective remedy for that.  Visit
    http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
    Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.

    Thanks- apparently the ON/OFF button was not in the correct setting-

    amazing what a few words can do to clarify-

      even if recognized, can be refractory.)
