nighthawk router

So all of a sudden our nighthawk router will not allow us to use the internet unless we are under guest. We are not able to use the regular one. Does anybody have any ideas why

    No much to go on.

     

    There a model # of this router? 

     

    What have you done so far to troubleshoot this? 

    Does both wired and wireless devices see this problem?

    For routers with the WIFI LED Button on top, is this enabled or disabled? Press this button for 5 seconds then release. 

     

    Last resort would be to factory reset the router and setup from scratch. 

     

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
