Nighthawk speed and connectivity issues

The router with satellite was working well - then in last few days varying speeds from under 1 mps to over 200.

Now my laptop does nor show up as connected on the Network map, and speeds are under 25 mps.

When I do a speed test on teh software it 800, my phone is over 400.

My warranty ran out a week or so ago.

I reboot the system with no progress...

What is going on?
