Nighthawk X10 no wifi

when you pushed the button, did you hold it for at least 2 seconds?
- I held it in for 5 seconds, I can see the WiFi button works because I can see the 60GHz light turn on and off but the 2.5 and 5GHz lights don’t ever turn on.
If you've tried that, tried a factory reset, tried reinstalling firmware (in case somethings corrupt), then you might have a hardware failure.
How old is it?
