    Current Plex version: 1.13.9.5456-ecd600442  Nov 19, 2018

    Your Plex Media Server version is up to date.

     

    Have you tried to uninstall by deleting plex library on USB drive and then check the box again in the plex page on the R9000 and let it install again.
