Nighthawk X4 R7500 downloaded update and now it doesn't work!

I downloaded and update for my Nighthawk R7500. None of my computers can communicate with it now!

When I try to use the Genie app the DHCP is unavailable and computers can not communicate with router.

Any ideas?
