What do you see when this happens? The "Internet" LED changes colour? The wifi dies? Something else?
Is this R7800 in AP mode or regular router mode?

I called my ISP and the problem is not with the modem.
How on earth can they know that? They are miles away and happy to find any excuse to point the finger at someone else.
Have you looked at the modem when this happens to see if it looks OK?
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

Certainly some issues, hence my earlier question about the mode.
- Nighthawk86Mar 07, 2021AspirantThe Wireless and Wired connections lose internet. I have to login and reboot to restore internet.
The router is in regular mode.
They know it’s not the modem because they can see if it loses connection. The modem is a Netgear CM600 and it is not a router.
I recently installed V1.0.2.62 and went directly to V1.0.2.80 to see if that fixes the problem.- microchip8Mar 07, 2021Master
firmware .80 is quite buggy. You should stay on .58 or .62

I just installed .58 to see if that stops the problem from happening.
