Since you upgraded the speeds, try a factory reset.
During the reinstall, make sure to leave qos, access control, traffic monitoring, and parental controls all disabled.

I want to try and avoid a reset for now. Is it really the only option when once upgrades speeds?
I checked my current setting below.
QoS is NOT enabled.
Access Control is NOT Enabled
Traffic Monitoring: I don't see a specific setting for this but all traffic is allowed at all times
Parental Controls is DISABLED
Kindly let me know if you have any other ideas...

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network. If this fails, you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch. Do not load a saved configuration from file.

Yes. You need to get the router to forget any settings that it inherited when it connected to the old service.
An alternative is to put the router through the "Internet Setup Wizard".
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Use the Internet Setup Wizard
