What model router do you have? AC3200 is a combined wifi rate speed. R8000?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How many devcies do you have online at one time?
How do you have basic and Advanced Wireless configured?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Smart Connect enabled?
Is Armor, Circle or Traffic Meter enabled?

Traffic Meter is enabled
Armor and Circle - couldn't find these settings
Factory reset and re-config from scratch since FW update = NO
Have not tried enabling Smart Connect
Note - ran FaceTime test from my iphone to son's iphone and didn't see wifi drop. Ran speed Test while on Facetime call no problem.
Comparing wife's iphone settings to my iphone they look the same, and updating apps on her phone, then will retest Facetime on her phone.(she uses Facetime for work calls.)
