Nighthawk X6 R8000 blocking

Very good suggestions, I will try to clarify my trouble shooting.

I am using 3/30/22 - Firmware update 1.0.4.84 for R8000  verified with app version 2.26.0.2884 on my Android phone

I think it is a router issue as I was directed by Stamps support to use a Mobil hotspot on my phone and the program worked fine, so Stamps support pass it on and said, not our problem.
I am using Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 64 bit on an 11th Gen Intel processor.

Authentication settings are set to Off, no metered connections, Automatic IP assignment, I have no VPN and turned off 'Allow VPN over metered networks and while roaming, Windows Firewall and network protection is turned off at this time.

The setting in Windows to block potentially unwanted app downloads is turned off at this time.  Secure boot is on.

I'm drawing at straws here trying to figure this out.

I have Xfinity and modem that is located about 600 hundred feet from the NightHawk router.  (My home is this distance from the street and Xfinity wanted 50,000.00 USD to bring the router and modem to my home, I'M NOT KIDDING) so I use a pair of extenders in a Cat 6E burial cable and get a pretty consistent 75Mbps on the 5G channel down from the 100 or so I get from the street.
So for years it has worked with the NightHawk setup just like this.  I have had a couple times I replaced it after lightning strikes etc but generally it has work in this setup.  
I am not a network expert and really don't have any more ideas on what to do to fix it.

Is the network set to Public or Private?

We still don't know what that modem is.

 

You seem to be on the edge of what you can get with LAN technology. Atypical networks like that are hard to diagnose.

    First of all, again, thank you.

    So the modem is Arris Model TG1682G owned by Xfinity.  It is near the street as required by Xfinity, I then run the Cat 6 burial cable 600' or so thru extenders, all surge protected, to the house and attach to the Netgear router.

     

    It has worked for years. 
    Some struggles with speed, the extenders handle about 100 and if Xfinity thinks they are giving me more by bumping it up to 200 my end at the house suffers.   There are other comments but in the end I saved the 50,000.00 dollars and have very very satisfactory internet a the home. (most of the time)

     

    So, what I don't understand is now the Stamps program requires me to cycle the channels.  It will work for a time and then I get the error.  I cycle and it works again for a time.  Even Office 365 will do this checking my email.  It just hangs up and I notice I'm not getting email, cycle the channel and boom, here comes the email.
