NightHawk X6 R8000 Can't get 1gb speed

I found with my R8000 when I had it online last year, that if any of the Access Controls, Armor, Circle or Traffic Meter had been enabled, I would not see near 900Mpbs speeds. Doing a factory reset and setting up from scratch and not enabling any of these features got me near or just over 900Mpbs.

I really never had them enabled except for the traffic monitoring. I have reset the router multiple times and have checked all of the setting to make sure that the router is set to alow 1gb speeds. What do I do now since nothing seems to get the router setup to alow speeds more than 300mbs to get to the computers.
Thank you for all your help. I was able to finally get the router to accept the changes in Traffic Monitoring and once it finally turned off then I got to the 940MBS+ speeds. For some reason every time I would change the setting before it would not save it and even resetting the router wouldn't get it to save the new settings. I am not sure what changed but at least it worked now. The program for the router setting is problematic at best I would say. Thank you guys again for your help.
