Nighthawk x6 R8000 problems
so, over the past day, the wifi from the router has been repeatedly turning on and off, so one moment I have internet connection and then the next moment, the internet goes out, we have tried pressing the reset button, pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds, we checked the payments for internet, un-plugging and re-plugging it in, restarting it through the nighthawk app, and it still doesn't work, has anybody had similar issues that could give me pointers on what to do?

Additional information would be helpful.
When "the internet goes out", does it affect both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections or just Wi-Fi?
When "the internet goes out", is there any change in the two Wi-Fi indicator LED's on the front panel of the router?
When "the internet goes out", are you still connected to the router via the Wi-Fi SSID with no internet access or do you also loose the connection to the router?
What is the brand name and model number of the modem/ONT connected upstream of your R8000?
What is the actual version number of the firmware installed on your R8000. "The latest" is not an answer as it does not allow for confirmation.
