Try turning off QOS. You really don't need it with the speeds you can get.

When you say greater speed are you talking about WiFi 2GHz or 5GHz? Have you tried changing channels?
If 2GHz do you have an old WiFi adapter that would limit you to 50Mbps? Maybe you need a new adapter.

Im talking about Wifi 5GHz. How do I change channels? What kind of adapter are you speaking of?
The only thing I have is a modem and a router. If there is something I am missing, please let me know!

5g AC requires a 5g AC capable client to see those higher speeds. It takes both a AC router and a AC client.

That depends on what you're attaching it to. In my opinion the usb ones for laptops are a waste of money. If you have a desktop it will depend on what open slots you have.
Some laptops can be upgraded to a AC client, I did several sony's to Intel AC 7260 for $25 each, laptop MUST have 2 antennas to be able to update.
