Nighthawk x6 r8000 will not connect

I moved now my router will not connect. I've tried everything on this forum. All lights are on (white). I'll connect another router (different brand) and it works fine. I need help.

    What are you connect it to? 

    modem/gateway model number?

     

    Firmware on the router?

        What gateway is it connected to? 

        You're on old firmware (really old). I'd recommend updating to 1.0.4.62 of the firmware over a hardwired connection, then factory reset, and do a clean install (not froma backup)
