Not a good sign if the wifi on/off button doesn't work and neither does a factory reset. 

Is it still in warranty?

      In my experience, usually 1 band dies and then the others. 

      Have you tried disabling smart connect?

      I think there might even be a few 3rd party firmwares for that router. Might be worth a shot

        As I thought, it seems that there is no way to fix it as a firmware. Ok then, would you mind sending me a link for the 3rd party firmwares?
