Nighthawk XR1000

Purchased my nighthawk XR1000 a little over a year ago and have loved every second. Started having an issue out of the blue this past week and cannot seem to find a fix.When going to the QoS tab within Netduma - i get this error message and it will not load the connected devices. Never had this issue and Ive spoke with multiple techs who say its a faulty router? Any tips?
