NigthHawk Firmware failure
Night hawk does firmware update and fails- no inrternet- no access to the router software via either ethernet cable, wiFi or app. Hard reset does not work. Power cycle does not work. Technical sup...
What are the leds on it doing?
What firmware were you updating to?
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
