wpa2 psk is the current security method(?) according to the Netgear app.

    Is that WPA2 AES or TPIK?

    What happens if you set NONE for security temporarily and try to connect the Switch device to the router? 
    Re-enable WPA2 and AES after testing this. MIght try WPA and TPIK and see...
