No Internet Connection - Maxis Broadband Malaysia
I have just replaced my Asus RT-AC88U with a Netgear Nighthawk X6S. My Asus connects to Maxis perfectly using PPPOE. Using the same account credentials the Netgear X6S cannot connect. I have tried configuring via the iOS Nighthawk App and the router webserver / NetGenie. I enter the same credentials, follow the setup procedure, reboot the modem but still it will not connect? I then disconnet the Netgear X6S, connect back the Asus RT-AC88U and it connects perfectly. I see others appear to have the same issue. Any suggestions?
