I have done that. I finally got in touch with support and they were basically no help. My internet is flashing white. All LEDs are white. I have connection on my computer and phone but not on my Firestick or Android TV. Says no internet connection.I'm someone who streams and have no cable so I'm at a loss as to what to do!

That suggests a problem with the devices that won't connect.
Your router seems to be working with no sign of corrupt firmware. (I have no idea how you reached that conclusion.) So looking into your wifi settings might be useful.

That sort message could turn up in many places. So where do you see it and what is the exact wording.
My experience is that problems like that are best sorted out at the client end. In your case that means troubleshooting the Firestick and Android TV
