    Its just checking to ensure the router is on the same ip address. 

    did you try a different pc/laptop to access the router?

It shows the IPv4 address as 192.168.1.2 and the default as 192.168.1.1 not sure if that helps.

    After 3 different laptops I was able to access and reset everything. Thank you for the advice.
