No internet connection

- Ok fixed it. Held the reset button in for 30 secs. Then got on my nighthawk netgear app. Did a new set up and it connected to internet!!!! Before I was just resetting it by pushing it one time. Holding it in 30 secs resets it back to factory setting. Try this... hope it works for you.
Hello. Sounds like same issue for me. Internet provider ran many tests. The issue is the ethernet connection. Modem is not connecting to router/netgear nighthawk. The modem doesn't detect it. Tried other ethernet ports with no success. Hoping someone here knows a solution.

You should use the Web UI at routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 to configure a router after a factory reset. The app is very limited and can get things wrong
