No Internet, Please Help! D:

Hello!

I recently had fiber internet installed using an Adtran 411 modem. I can plug my iPad directly into the modem and it works perfectly. However, when I go to connect my Netgear Nighthawk AX8 router, the red internet light comes on. What am I doing wrong and how can I get the internet to work through the router itself?
