No longer can login to router

I disabled the DHCP server while enabling my Server 2012R DHCP and DNS Servers.  I also set my Server 2012 IPv4 Default Gateway to 192.168.1.1., the Router's LAN IP.  After update I could no longer use the netlogin or browse it by it IP.

All internet connections we down, but ethernet and wifi.  I couldn't find it im my phone connection setup either.  I would appreciate so help.  Thanks.

So the routers default address is 192.168.1.1. And you assigned the device handling DHCP to that address.

Plus you disabled dhcp on the router.

Is there a reason you simply didn't put your router in access point mode instead of trying to manually do it?

Try factory resetting the router, disconnect it from your dhcp server, then setup the router. Once its setup, put it in access point mode and connect the dhcp server to it via the wan port on the router.
