No wifi on the third floor
I just purchased a nighthawk r7000. My modem is currently located in the basement and the router is there too. I cannot bring it up to the main floor without re-wiring. What are my options to get wifi...
You could try power line adapters. You'll never have decent thoughput.
Your router should sitting on the third floor or one floor down from there. If you can't relocate router, seek another means with
AP or repeater.
