Not able to login to Router web GUI/App after wrong update

How in the world did you get Linksys FW on a NG router?
Only thing I can think if is to try this:

Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
Make sure you enable tftp: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10

I had a problem on a Windows 10 PC where this didn't work to use TFTP, so I switched to a Windows 7 PC and the TFTP worked.

Try nmrpflash:

Look at the Linksys FW default log in settings to see what the log in maybe to see if that can get you in.
IF this all fails, the router would need to be replaced.
