Not connecting to internet/ Nighthawk x10 r9000
Help! I’ve had this router for a while now and recently got starlink, so I connected starlink to the router, but now I want to switch back to the old internet. When using the app to setup the router, it can connect to the router but near the final process when checking for connected cables and searching for internet, it’s say that it can’t connect to the internet. I’ve tried resetting the router and unplugging and plugging everything in but nothing seems to work. When I re-plug in the starlink internet everything connects fine with no issues, but switching back won’t connect.

Are you directly connecting the R9000 to the starlink incoming signal?
Or is it ran through the starlink provided router? (what router is it)
- Matejka111AspirantIt’s connected straight to the net gear router, but I am trying to connect the old internet back and I don’t want to use the starlink internet anymore.

What are you trying to do, go back to an old Internet service? A different ISP? Change the hardware you are using?
You need to provide some useful details of your equipment and what you are doing.
You need something to connect your R9000 to the Internet. What do you plan to use?
