not connecting

I have xfinity internet, an Arris router.  I bought a 4 stream wifi mesh extender.

 

followed the apps directions.(still trying).  it says IT is connected to my wifi but can not get it work

 

says go to settings click on wifi and join routers network. i do and it says it is connected.

 

still having issues: guest network(can't do that) device connectivity just babble I do not understand,  bridge mode, what is that?

    Which Netgear equipment do you own?

     

    Manuals are always a good place to start.

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    Look for the model number on the label on the device.
