What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I'm patched with my router into an NBN FTTP NTD.
I'm using Microsoft Edge (Chromium) but also tried with Opera.
Yes have done factory resets since the last firmware update.

Curious if you disconnected the router from the ISP NTD device, can you change the NTP configuration at all?
Wonder if you revert back to last working version if it resolves?

What NTP server are you attempting to connect to??
If you are using the Netgear default, your results may vary.
A good option is to use pool.ntp.org.
You can get some background via your web browser search box.
