Obtaining Use History

I have an R7000 Nighthawk AC router.

Is it possible to pull or monitor devices use history from this router?

I monitor my daily data usage as measured by my ISP, and noticed one day had a spike in data usage of 6 times my normal use.  But I have no idea why there was such a huge spike.  My ISP said sometimes you can get information from the router to see which device(s) are using data.  Can I get that historical data off the router?   If not, can I set up to be able to follow such data use through an app or other source?
