Your Netgear 70 connection is on the 2.4 GHz band and your Netgear 70_5G connection is on the 5 GHz band.
Is your Wi-Fi radio and hardware on your 6th laptop capable of connecting to the 5 GHz band? Usually when the 5 GHz SSID's don't show up in the connections list, it is because the hardware is not capable to connecting to the 5 GHz band.
