Hi,
I tried to reboot the router and got same result. Only my iphone can connect open VPN.

Did you physically turn off the router and turn it back on? Hard reset, I mean..

I got same problem
same hardware R7800
same firmware 1.0.2.52
same os windows 10 64bit
I turned off/on the router (power off/on) but it still no work
that's it:

router DDNS is OK
and I also renamed ethernet to "NETGEAR-VPN"
my openVPN software version is 2.4.6-I601 64bit by the way~

Downloaded the new OpenVPN config package from the router, and set in place on the Windows 10 OpenVPN client?
If this does not work, try a factory reset (UI, reset button), and re-config the router manually from scratch - and download the now recreated OpenVPN config package again.
