Opening Port 554 on Nighthawk
Hi, My security company is telling me I have to open port 554 in order to use the camera. I have downloaded the nighthawk app but can't find a setting to make this adjustment. Any help would be appr...
Thank you for this but now I'm getting to a "router password reset" page which has two security questions on it where my answers don't match what is saved on the router. I'm not sure who set up the router. Anyway past this screen?

Again - I am stuck on a password reset page that is asking me for my mother's place of birth - information I have never set up. I did a factory reset and still I am stuck in this loop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apparently, you didn't, or you wouldn't be. What, exactly, did you
do?Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
