Other devices won't connect to the internet

Hello, I need help connecting other devices to my internet.  I recently installed my new router and only my laptop will conect to it.  Anything else will connect, but there's no internet access when I log in.  No passwords or names were changed.  I'm entering the correct info, other devices log in, but there's no internet access.
