Outgoing eMail on Port 587 Blocked - Nightwawk R6700

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
All email settings would be done at the email client on the devices. Routers don't support any email client configurations nor usually won't interfere with email services. Unless you have Armor or Smart Partental Controls enabled then these could cause some problems.
The firmware version is V1.0.4.122 and the modem is Arris Surfboard SB6190.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Three other things that would be helpful: Who is your ISP? Are you on Windows? (If yes, what version), and what is the name of the client application you are using to access your e-mail?

So email settings would need to be checked on the client device or email app.
Try testing with a different device to compare as well.
