Outgoing mail nor working. IP address Blacklist on Spamhaus

Hello.

I am hoping someone can help me.  I have a Blackhawk R8000.  I feel like every other day I am going to the Spamhaus website to remove my IP address.   My outgoing mail is being blocked and not able to send.  How do I stop from being blacklisted?
