Packet loss on R9000

2 things to try.
1. disable qos. It isn't recommended at speeds over 250mbps.
2. enable IPv6.
then reboot your router and the devices connected to it.
Try that for a bit and see how it works.

Thank you for the response.
My Internet connection cleared up by itself. There have been no packet drops within the last 12 hours. I hate Comcast.
However, I disabled QoS on the router as suggested, and changed the IPv6 Internet Connection Type to Auto Config. Just to be safe.
