Parental Controls missing

Hello there,

I am trying to setup a super basic Parental Controls (to block internet access after 9 pm for few devices) but this option is not to be found!

In the web module I can only select Standard or Smart parental controls, but there is no control or any settings.

Then I was checking every other option, including I installed netgear Genie (no parental controls button) and Circles (asking for 100 USD subscription! which I will never pay) I am completely lost.

Can anyone help?
