Can anyone help me try to figure out how to setup the parental controls on my router? I've been trying to figure this out for hours. When I go into parental controls, I don't see any settings avail...

Not without knowing the model number of that router. or what you mean by parental controls.
Netgear has just announced that it is killing the free Live Parental Controls. So don't get to rely on it.
