Password reset for Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Range Extender

I don't have the paperwork that came with my WiFi Range Extender (I think hubby threw it out with the box) so I don't know the password. How can I find out the password or reset the password?

    And you still didn't specify if you're wanting the wifi password or gui password.
    Default login info:
    login: admin
    password: password

Which password? 

The wifi password or the login to the gui?

 

Did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while it was powered on? the lights should change. 

What are the led's on it doing?

    Hi, I'm wanting to reset the password for the initial connection to the extender as I am setting it up without knowing what the default password is.
