Password reset issue (admin)

Hi. the app all of the sudden started to make me enter an admin password. I have never had it set up and when this happend a couple of months ago, it kept asking me to enter the password but then stopped and i was able to view connected devices as if nothing happened. However, now it's been three days and I cannot get into the app and I do not recall ever setting up an admin password. When I tried to follow the instructions to reset the password, I got to security questions and I never set those up. I do not understand what is happening and how to get to my connected devices/the app without hard reset of all passwords on all our devices by hard reset. Has anyone had this issue before? I am quite disappointed in this product/app. I got it to monitor how much time my kids spend connected to wifi but I cannot if I cannot manage/access the app. thank you

    Hi ozsinak, the default admin password is the word 'password'. You can try using that if you didn't change it from its default. The username is 'admin'.
