Phone suddenly stopped connecting to 5G

Until a few days ago our phones and other devices have connected, without issue, to our 5G network. Then suddenly they wouldn't connect or if they did connect it disconnected very quickly. My laptop can still connect to the 5G so we know there is a signal. We can still connect to our 2.4G, but find it to be quite a bit slower. I'm not the most experienced when it comes to technology, but I have tried the few things I could think of to do. I updated the firmware, reset the router, and changed some channels to see if anything would work. So far nothing has made a difference. Any suggestions on other things I can try (keep in mind I'm the most tech savy)?

I'm not certain what the model number is because when I put the number in above that is on my router it doesn't recognize it. The router says AC1750 and R6350

Kind of suggests that the problem is with the "phones and other devices".

The router is just spitting out wifi, it does not discriminate between devices.

One thing to try is to get these phones and other devices to "forget" their earlier connections to the R6350. How you do that depends in what they are. You don't say.

I've tried "forgetting" it a number of times and that hasn't worked either. I also updated my phone to see if that was the problem, but that didn't change anything. It seems really weird that it would suddenly not connect on any of our phones, tablets, or gaming console when it had connected without issue just the day before. If it was just one phone I'd be more accepting of the problem being with the device, but where it is all the phones and devices besides the laptop I just don't know what to think.
