Port Forwarding C7000v2 and R630
I'm setting up a web server. The computer I'm using is hardwired to a router R630, The R630 is hardwired to my cable modem C7000v2. Do I need to do anything to the cable modem, or just do port fo...

R630 isn't a model. It usually has 4x numbers. Maybe you have the R6300?
A couple things.
Is the C7000 running in router mode?
Is the R630* in access point mode or in router mode as well?
Otherwise you're in a double nat.
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the 2nd router's IP address into the gateway's DMZ. This forwards the data to the 2nd router. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the 2nd router into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Wifi/ethernet still works but it does disable some features. Seems to be what you'd want to do.

Could be the R6230 in the footer in the first message from SSRay? No matter, the answer will be the same as for the R6300.
Given the information provided in the first message, there is not much more to add. (There is absolutely no need to follow perverse and pointless advice and to go off on a wild goose chase in another section when the main challenge is to get the router to play ball.)
If things don't work out as you suggest, then it might be useful to have a bit more detail on exactly what this web server might be.
